Overview
Spyder is a web based advance CRM system, designed and developed keeping in mind the unique requirements of complex contact management needs of financial institutions.

The unique feature of Spyder is the ability to track who in the client base is interested in what products and ensure that service coverage and communications are aligned with those interests. Using this unique feature, it provides mechanisms to target clients based on their interests and generates alarms when misalignment occurs. Further, Spyder consolidates ALL interactions with clients (email, meetings, product distribution notes etc) and summarizes these interactions from both the client perspective and the internal staff perspective.

In form of query reports such as "who in our client base would be interested in the following product and is based in a given location" is provided. Spyder excels in operational planning - execution of targeted mass mailing, road show coordination, tracking of who has received literature on a given product.
